Refund and Returns Policy

At Dream Interior, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoices. Certain products (like customized items, clearance sale items, or fragile décor products) may not be eligible for return.
  • This will be clearly mentioned on the product page. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dreaminterior.com or call us at +91 70155 78125.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the product and place a new order.
